The Onboarding and Experience Planner will be responsible for supporting the Onboarding and Experience Manager and the SPD Management team to create and implement a seamless onboarding and early learning experience for applicable new employees, with a view to recruits being able to add value to the Licence quickly. Focused on the initial 6 months, but will be capable of working with stakeholders to outline and set in motion a typical first 2 years.

The role is critical to the implementation and success of SPD’s workforce renewal and growth plans, specifically delivering an efficient centralised early learning process for high volumes of ‘bulk role’ recruits.

  • Consult with and provide support to line managers on the onboarding and early learning process
  • Experience in a role that’s been responsible for understanding and organising others' learning
  • Strong organisation and planning skills

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across all channels to create standardised onboarding content and deliverables
