At ScottishPower, our Legal Services team plays a vital role in supporting the governance, integrity and strategic direction of the organisation. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide highâlevel support to our Head of Legal and to help ensure the smooth operation of Board and Committee activity across the business.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines and complex diaries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, calm and confident approach.
