- Advising on financial feasibility on projects at early stages
- Assessing returns from sub contractors and awarding work packages
- Monitoring and measuring actual expenditure against budgeted project expenditure through CVR reporting
- Checking, collating information from your team and producing accurate financial reports
Requirements
- Managing QS with experience managing teams delivering new and refurbishment/extension projects in the South London and Kent regions
- Experience in working on two-stage bids
- Recent relevant experience in the sector in a tier One contracting environment
- Confidence and drive in dealing with the client team, sub contractors and external stakeholders
- Enjoy motivating and mentoring your team and junior members of staff
