If so, we’re offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Support Worker to join our Adults Residential service in Birmingham (B31 area). Salary – £12.31 per hr
Contracted Hrs - 36 per week (Nights)

- Providing person‑centred support tailored to individual care plans
- Administering medication, preparing meals, cleaning, and completing documentation
- Offering emotional and practical support
- Encouraging community inclusion by supporting access to local services and activities
- Building strong, trusting relationships that promote independence and enhance quality of life
- Supporting individuals to explore hobbies, develop new skills, and reach personal goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in the care sector, specifically supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities
- The ability to multi‑task, prioritise, and work flexibly
- Strong communication, time management, and IT skills
- A caring, positive, and proactive attitude
- Resilience and confidence in managing challenging behaviours
- A team player mindset, with the ability to also work independently
