If so, we’re offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Support Worker to join our Adults Residential service in Birmingham (B31 area). Salary – £12.31 per hr

Contracted Hrs - 36 per week (Nights)

  • Providing person‑centred support tailored to individual care plans
  • Administering medication, preparing meals, cleaning, and completing documentation
  • Offering emotional and practical support
  • Encouraging community inclusion by supporting access to local services and activities
  • Building strong, trusting relationships that promote independence and enhance quality of life
  • Supporting individuals to explore hobbies, develop new skills, and reach personal goals

  • Previous experience in the care sector, specifically supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities
  • The ability to multi‑task, prioritise, and work flexibly
  • Strong communication, time management, and IT skills
  • A caring, positive, and proactive attitude
  • Resilience and confidence in managing challenging behaviours
  • A team player mindset, with the ability to also work independently
