We are currently recruiting Mental Health Support Workers to join our mixed, dedicated team in Hykeham Lincoln. We particularly welcome male applicants to help maintain a balanced workforce.
You’ll be supporting an individual with Autism, ADHD, mild learning disability, cerebral palsy (ambulant), and trauma-related emotional needs. The role involves working with emotional dysregulation, high-risk behaviours, and crisis-prone situations, so confidence, resilience, and a calm, trauma-informed approach are essential.

Hours: Full-time and Part-time
Person Specification- Experience with ASD, ADHD, trauma, behaviours that challenge
- Strong de-escalation & non-reactive approach
- Calm under pressure
