Join the Central Support Team at iBC Healthcare! Are you an organised, professional and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced office environment? We are looking for a confident and dependable Office Administrator to become the operational heartbeat of our Head Office in Leicester. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries, while also supporting Directors, the CEO and wider Central Support Teams with high-quality administration, hospitality coordination and office management. If you enjoy creating structure, taking ownership and delivering exceptional support across a business, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the day-to-day running of our Head Office, ensuring the environment remains professional, organised and operationally ready
  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality, refreshments and executive support for Directors and the CEO
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery and procurement orders within budget
  • Support administration across the Central Support Team including records, trackers, post and documentation
  • Assist with digital and systems administration, including user account management and asset tracking
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes alongside HR and IT teams
  • Help coordinate office events, celebrations and stakeholder visits
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experienced in office administration and managing a busy workload
  • Confident communicating professionally both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
  • Approachable, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable supporting senior leaders and handling sensitive information
  • Able to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently
