We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee end-to-end recruitment for a region of multi-site Adult Social Care services. Based from our Leicester Head Office, this role will play a pivotal part in delivering proactive, forward-thinking recruitment solutions that support sustainable workforce growth and high-quality care outcomes. This is not a transactional recruitment role. It is a consultative, relationship-driven opportunity for someone who is passionate about values-based recruitment, building trusted partnerships, and developing innovative solutions to complex workforce challenges. Occasional travel to services will be required, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.

The Role

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a regional portfolio of multi-site Adult Social Care services, from workforce planning through to onboarding.
  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner to operational leaders, providing expert advice, insight and challenge to support effective hiring decisions.
  • Design and deliver proactive, values-led recruitment strategies that align with organisational culture, care values and long-term workforce requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of service needs, workforce pressures and local labour markets.
  • Lead on proactive sourcing and talent attraction, including direct sourcing, talent pooling and community engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines to reduce reliance on reactive recruitment and improve continuity of care.
  • Support and influence service-based recruitment activity, including occasional on-site engagement to strengthen hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
  • Champion a consistent, inclusive and ethical recruitment approach, ensuring safeguarding, compliance and regulatory requirements are met at all times.
  • Use recruitment data, insight and market intelligence to identify trends, mitigate risks and continuously improve recruitment performance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of forward-thinking recruitment processes, tools and initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning conversations, helping services anticipate future demand and skill requirements.
  • Promote a positive employer brand and candidate experience across all touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, ideally across multi-site or regional portfolios.
  • Experience within Adult Social Care, Healthcare or another regulated, people-focused sector (desirable).
  • A strong understanding of values-based recruitment and its importance in delivering person-centred care.
  • Demonstrable experience of proactive sourcing, pipeline development and workforce planning.
  • A consultative mindset, with the confidence to influence, advise and challenge hiring managers constructively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, building trusted, collaborative relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A data-informed approach, using insight and metrics to support continuous improvement and decision-making.
  • A commitment to inclusive, ethical and compliant recruitment practices, with a clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, engaging approach.
  • A proactive, resilient and solution-focused attitude, thriving in a fast-paced care environment.
  • A full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel occasionally to services.
