Salary: £12.81 per hr

Contracted Hrs: 42 per week

  • Providing person-centred support tailored to individual care plans
  • Administering medication, preparing meals, cleaning, and completing documentation
  • Offering emotional and practical support
  • Encouraging community inclusion by supporting access to local services and activities
  • Building strong, trusting relationships that promote independence and enhance quality of life
  • Supporting individuals to explore hobbies, develop new skills, and reach personal goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in the care sector, specifically supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work flexibly
  • Must have a full UK Driving License
  • Strong communication, time management, and IT skills
  • A caring, positive, and proactive attitude
  • Resilience and confidence in managing challenging behaviours
  • A team player mindset, with the ability to also work independently
