Join Our Team as a Female Mental Health Support Worker!

Location: Sheffield & Surrounding Areas

Pay: £12.40 per hour

Shifts: Days, Nights & Bank

Hours: Full-time & Part-time available

Driver: Holding a full UK driving license is ideal

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for compassionate and experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our Supported Living Service. For this role you must be female.

If you have experience with EUPD, ASD, Asperger's Syndrome, and thrive on helping others live meaningful, independent lives, we'd love to hear from you!

Please note: Some of our sites operate single-gender teams, so flexibility and understanding are key.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver person-centred support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Promote independence and enhance quality of life.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as medication, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
  • Support access to community activities and help develop new skills and hobbies.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting individuals with ASD and mental health conditions.
  • Knowledge of challenging behaviours and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • A caring, positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
