IBC Healthcare seeks an experienced Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for an adult with mental health needs in Rotherham. This role focuses on therapeutic, person-centred care to help the person build routine, confidence and independence in their home and community.
The position uses Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and a trauma-informed approach, following an individualised plan to promote daily routines, community access, and safe, dignified personal care.
