The Role: Field Care Supervisor

Location: Greater Manchester and surrounding areas including Stockport, Oldham and Denton

Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pay: £14.95 per hour

Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to use own car. Previous Team Leader experience in adult social care is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands‑on support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs in supported living settings.
  • Lead by example, ensuring high‑quality care aligned with CQC standards and person‑centred care plans.
  • Travel across services within Greater Manchester to support staff and service users.
  • Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement through engaging activities.
  • Oversee daily operations, including supervision of staff, rota management, and compliance checks.
  • Empower and inspire a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care every day.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Natural leader who can motivate and support a team effectively.
  • Passionate and empathetic, with a genuine impact on people’s lives.
  • Proactive, adaptable, able to make confident decisions and work independently.
  • Organised and detail‑oriented, experienced in supervision, rota planning, and compliance.
  • Driver with own vehicle: essential for travelling between services.
