The Role: Field Care Supervisor
Location: Greater Manchester and surrounding areas including Stockport, Oldham and Denton
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay: £14.95 per hour
Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to use own car. Previous Team Leader experience in adult social care is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs in supported living settings.
- Lead by example, ensuring high‑quality care aligned with CQC standards and person‑centred care plans.
- Travel across services within Greater Manchester to support staff and service users.
- Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement through engaging activities.
- Oversee daily operations, including supervision of staff, rota management, and compliance checks.
- Empower and inspire a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care every day.
Qualifications and Experience
- Natural leader who can motivate and support a team effectively.
