We are currently recruiting Mental Health Support Workers to join our mixed, dedicated team in Hykeham Lincoln. We particularly welcome male applicants to help maintain a balanced workforce.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support and independence building
- Assist with daily living tasks (medication management, cooking, cleaning, documentation)
- Support emotional regulation and structured routines
- Follow PBS plans
- Support community access and physical activity (e.g., gym)
- Work with mental health and emergency services when needed

You will be supporting an individual with Autism, ADHD, mild learning disability, cerebral palsy (ambulant), and trauma-related emotional needs. The role involves working with emotional dysregulation, high-risk behaviours, and crisis-prone situations, so confidence, resilience, and a calm, trauma-informed approach are essential.
