Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Leicester for a Support Worker. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence. Duties will include helping with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and engaging clients in activities and outings. The Care Assistant will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver individualized care plans and document the progress of clients accurately.
