Base pay range: £12.40 per hour

Employment: Part‑time, 18 hours per week
Duties Include:
- Support people with disabilities, including profound and complex needs, using person‑centred approaches to achieve positive outcomes as defined in their support plan.
- Perform medication administration, cooking, cleaning and paperwork.
- Provide emotional and practical support to residents.
- Assist with accessing community facilities and participation in community groups.
- Build robust relationships to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- Empower residents to learn new skills or pursue hobbies and interests.
Person Specifications:
- You must be female for this role.
- Experience in the care industry, ICAS or equivalent is essential.
- Previous experience supporting people with mental health conditions, complex care needs and challenging behaviours.
- Ability to multi‑task, with good time‑management, organisation, attention to detail and flexibility.
- IT literate.
- Positive ‘can‑do’ attitude and compassionate, caring, positive personality.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to manage challenging behaviour and conflict.
- Works well as part of a team and independently.
