IBC Healthcare is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team in Leicester.

The role centers on owning the employee relations caseload, leading on complex, high-risk cases, and providing expert guidance across absence, probation, reward, policy and compliance.

You will work closely with the Director of People & Culture to ensure HR activities are legally compliant, commercially focused and aligned to our values.
