We are offering an excellent career opportunity for the role of Peripatetic Team Manager at iBC Healthcare in one of our Coventry Supported Living locations.
Requirements: A valid driving license and previous care team leader experience are essential for this role.
Contract: 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment.
- Providing high standards of care and support in accordance with care plans, compliance with CQC regulations, and policies.
- Identifying individual needs and preferences, providing personal care.
- Promoting community engagement through various activities.
- Accurately reporting, recording, and maintaining records as required.
- Working well in a team and demonstrating empathy and kindness.
- Making proactive decisions and showing a willingness to learn.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Working independently and as part of a team.
- Genuinely helping others and making a difference.
- Experience with rota management, team leadership, supervision, and spot checks.
