  • Previous Team Leader experience in adult social care
  • Own car for travel

Contract & Pay:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Pay: £14.95 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands‑on support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs in supported living settings.
  • Lead by example, ensuring high‑quality care aligned with CQC standards and person‑centred care plans.
  • Travel across Sheffield and surrounding rural areas to support services and staff teams.
  • Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement through engaging activities.
  • Oversee daily operations, including supervision of staff, rota management, and compliance checks.
  • Empower and inspire a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care every day.
