Join Our Team as a Support Worker - Pinchbeck, Spalding. We are looking for compassionate, experienced Support Workers with a strong background in EUPD, ASD, and Asperger’s Syndrome. In this rewarding role, you will provide personalised support, promote independence, and enhance the quality of life for the people we support.

Location: Supported Living Service, Pinchbeck (due to the rural location, driving licence and access to a vehicle are recommended)

Role: Female Support Worker

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

Shifts: Days, Nights, and Sleep-ins

Hours: Full-time

Person Specification
  • Experience supporting individuals with ASD and Asperger’s Syndrome
  • Experience working with Mental Health conditions, Complex Care, and Challenging Behaviours
  • A Full UK Driving Licence (desired but not essential)
  • Strong multi-tasking, time management, and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and flexibility
  • A caring, compassionate, and positive approach to support
  • Confidence managing challenging behaviour and conflict
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, including those with complex needs, enabling them to achieve positive outcomes
  • Support with daily tasks such as medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and completing paperwork
  • Offer both emotional and practical support
  • Help individuals access community facilities and participate in community activities
  • Build trusting relationships that promote independence and improve quality of life
  • Empower individuals to develop new skills and explore hobbies and interests
