iBC Healthcare in Sutton Coldfield is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our Day Centre, helping adults with learning and physical disabilities participate in meaningful, creative activities and community programs.
Working Hours: 9am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
You will encourage independence, confidence and inclusion while providing support in a friendly, inclusive team environment.
Pay rate is £12.81 per hour for a 35-hour week.
