Base pay range
- Salary - £12.31 per hr
- Contracted hours - 36 per week (Nights)
What You’ll Do
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual care plans
- Administer medication, prepare meals, clean, and document as required
- Offer emotional and practical support
- Encourage community inclusion by supporting access to local services and activities
- Build strong, trusting relationships to promote independence and quality of life
- Support individuals to explore hobbies, develop new skills, and reach personal goals

- Previous experience in the care sector, specifically supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work flexibly
