IBAM Consulting is looking for an AI and Automation Product Lead to join a fintech client in London. The successful candidate will lead the creation and scaling of the company’s AI & Automation capability. This role owns the capability roadmap and ensures solutions are designed that are safe and scalable, providing hands on AI solution architecture input where needed to shape patterns, integrations and controls.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AI solution architecture concepts.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technology.
- Working knowledge of AI & automation concepts, including safe adoption and governance.
- Understanding of Power Platform capabilities (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps).
- Strong grasp of data access, permissions and information risk concepts in an enterprise.
- Ability to define and operate a product/capability model (roadmap, backlog, prioritisation).
- At least 5 years in a lead role within financial services.
