Grill restaurant in the City, open from Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner. We have a rich restaurant background, running two acclaimed restaurants in the West End. Alongside this we operate our own farms and wholesale butchery, enabling us to offer a genuine farm to table restaurant. Service is relaxed but professional with a great working atmosphere.

Our ideal Host:

  • Experience in a similar role in a restaurant/bar or private members club
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to build rapport with people easily
  • A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail
  • A confident, energetic and passionate team player who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality
  • Experience with reservations platform (SevenRooms preferred)
