Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive protection advice to a diverse client base.
  • Assess personal circumstances to recommend suitable protection products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the protection market and maintain CPD.
  • Deliver tailored advice with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Achieve business targets while maintaining compliance standards.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Protection Advisor with a strong sales track record.
  • Solid understanding of financial and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Resilient, positive, and motivated attitude.
  • Existing client bank is advantageous but leads are provided.

  • £30,000 basic salary plus target-driven bonus structure.
