Overall operation and maintenance of solar energy plants:
- Responsible for selected “own” plants
- System monitoring to maximise energy production
- Management of subcontractors, internal personnel, electrical and mechanical maintenance works, inspections and repairs
- Troubleshooting and maintenance works
- Problem solving, data analysis and reporting, yield reporting and documentation
- Warranty tracking and spare‑parts management
- Ground maintenance management
- Taking over systems from the installer and making them operational
- Guaranteeing all obligations arising from existing service and maintenance contracts
Qualifications:
- Experience in renewable energy as an engineer or technician with strong hands‑on mentality
- 3+ years of Solar PV O&M experience on utility‑scale solar or experience as a Wind Technician
- Relevant qualification in electrical, mechanical or engineering discipline
- Certifications for Schneider Electric XC, Huawei, and SunGrowth are a plus
- High mobility, especially for international travel
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Outstanding communication skills and customer orientation
