Our Client, a rapidly growing hospitality/retail/leisure group with c.50 sites across the UK, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist (at Manager or HRBP level) to support the HR Director and Regional Manager during an exciting period of expansion.
About the Role:
Covering the North of England, you will play a hands-on, business-facing role, working closely with managers across multiple sites to deliver effective people solutions. This role will touch on every area of HR, from on-boarding to employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the HR Director to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee new starter on-boarding and induction programmes
- Update and streamline employment policies and procedures
- Lead and support recruitment across multiple sites
- Deliver training to site leadership teams
- Manage employee relations cases effectively and professionally
- Provide expert HR advice to managers across all sites
About You:
- Proven HR experience at Manager or HRBP level (hospitality, retail or leisure sector a must)
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Flexible, hands-on approach and happy to travel to sites as required
