The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced logistics operation. You’ll be responsible for people leadership, operational performance, compliance and commercial results at site level, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver service excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse management team
  • Deliver operational, people, service and commercial KPIs
  • Drive productivity, cost control and EBITDA improvement
  • Optimise stock levels, space utilisation and service delivery
  • Analyse KPIs and implement corrective actions where required
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, risk and regulatory standards
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, agency partners and internal teams
  • Deputise for the Logistics Manager when required

About You

  • Minimum 6 years’ logistics or warehouse management experience
  • Strong people leader with excellent communication skills
  • Commercially focused with experience managing costs and performance
  • Confident working in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
  • Strong understanding of UK H&S and compliance requirements
