Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to drive sales and performance through strong visual standards and commercial execution. Working closely with store leadership, you’ll lead the VM team to deliver a creative, trend-led and customer-focused, fashion retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the visual merchandising team across the store
  • Deliver high visual standards that support sales and KPIs
  • Execute product launches, campaigns and seasonal updates
  • Use sales data and reports to inform visual decisions and floor layout
  • Maximise product availability and space efficiency
  • Monitor competitor activity and adapt where needed
  • Support recruitment, training and ongoing development of the VM team
  • Ensure operational, health and safety standards are followed

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail visual merchandising role
  • Previous people management or supervisory experience
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach
  • Passion for fashion and understanding of current trends
  • Good communication and basic IT skills
