An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Planning Analyst to join a leading retail distribution operation. This role is responsible for managing warehouse space planning, analysing stock capacity, and supporting operational efficiency across a busy logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage warehouse space plans, ensuring accuracy and effective stock allocation.
  • Coordinate planning changes, including new product introductions, promotional activity, and discontinued lines.
  • Monitor warehouse capacity and identify opportunities to improve space utilisation and operational efficiency.
  • Update and maintain planning systems and databases.
  • Produce reports, analysis, and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management teams to resolve capacity and planning challenges.
  • Support continuous improvement projects across the distribution operation.

About You

  • Previous experience in a Logistics Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Warehouse Planning Analyst, Capacity Planning Analyst, Inventory Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and manipulation of large datasets.
  • Experience producing reports and presenting data-driven insights.
