We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to support the leadership of a busy retail store.

The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, and Deputy Manager you will
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and team performance.
- Support the recruitment, coaching and development of colleagues.
- Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results.
- Ensure high standards across stock control, security, administration and health & safety.
- Promote loyalty initiatives, new launches and store promotions.
- Provide regular feedback and support colleagues to achieve their goals.
- Help deliver store targets and key business objectives.
About You
- Previous retail management experience at Supervisor level or above.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Passionate about customer service and retail.
