We are looking for an ambitious and analytical National Account Manager to join a fast-growing beauty business, managing key retail accounts and driving profitable sales growth across the UK market.
The Role
- Reporting to the Account Controller, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with major retail partners, delivering joint business plans, and identifying opportunities to grow sales, distribution and brand presence.
- Managing and developing key retail accounts to deliver profitable growth.
- Building strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers.
- Creating and presenting compelling, insight-led commercial proposals.
- Planning and executing promotional and ranging strategies.
- Analysing sales performance, market trends and customer data to identify opportunities.
- Working closely with Product Development, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
- Managing forecasts, sales reports and account performance reviews.
- Conducting regular store visits to monitor execution and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Working with third-party partners to ensure excellent in-store merchandising and brand visibility.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management or sales within the beauty, cosmetics or personal care sector.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing retail accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Confident presenter with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do approach.
