We're looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Creative Designer to join a fast-paced, trend-led beauty brand.

Working closely with the Lead Designer, you'll support the creation of engaging visual content across digital, print, packaging, social media, and retail channels, helping bring exciting product launches and campaigns to life.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the design team across multiple creative projects and product launches.
- Creating engaging content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and online advertising.
- Producing artwork for packaging, point-of-sale materials, retailer marketing assets, and promotional campaigns.
- Developing creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Creating mock-ups and visual renders from concepts and flat artwork.
- Assisting with image sourcing, colour selection, and artwork preparation.
- Supporting the organisation and maintenance of design files, assets, and brand guidelines.
- Keeping up to date with beauty, fashion, design, and social media trends.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality creative work to tight deadlines.
About You
- Degree qualified in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
- Around 1–2 years' commercial design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of layout, typography, and branding.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
