Are you an experienced Regulatory & Compliance professional with a background in cosmetics or beauty products? We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join a fast-paced product development team, supporting multiple beauty brands and ensuring products meet all regulatory and compliance requirements from concept through to launch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' experience in cosmetic compliance who can confidently manage projects independently and thrive in a busy environment.
The Role
Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external partners, you will take ownership of regulatory and compliance activities across a wide range of cosmetic products. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and assessing ingredient (INCI) listings to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
- Gathering and maintaining technical documentation for cosmetic products
- Managing product registrations, including submissions to relevant cosmetic portals
- Coordinating product testing programmes, including stability, compatibility, challenge and other required testing
- Managing and maintaining CPSRs and supporting compliance documentation
- Collecting, analysing and maintaining compliance data for reporting, audits and customer requests
- Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams
