Product Compliance Manager London Head Office | Hybrid Working Are you an experienced product compliance professional looking for a role where you can genuinely shape compliance strategy across Europe?
We're looking for a Product Compliance Manager to take ownership of product compliance across a diverse retail product portfolio.
Working closely with Buying, Legal, Logistics, Operations and international stakeholders, you'll ensure products meet regulatory requirements while driving efficient, scalable and commercially minded compliance processes.
- What you'll be doing
- Leading product compliance activities across European markets.
- Monitoring and interpreting regulatory changes and assessing business impact.
- Managing compliance projects from planning through to implementation.
- Coordinating product labelling, packaging updates and artwork approvals.
- Working with suppliers and external partners to ensure compliance standards are met.
- Developing reporting and KPIs to improve visibility of compliance performance and costs.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Acting as the key point of contact for product compliance across the business. What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a Product Compliance, Regulatory Affairs or Product Safety role.
- Strong understanding of product compliance and regulatory requirements within retail, consumer goods or a related sector.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance compliance requirements with business needs.
