We’re looking for someone with a strong background in kitchen, bathroom or interiors design who loves both the creative and commercial side of the customer journey and who naturally enjoys mentoring, coaching and bringing the best out of a team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the creative direction across two showroom locations
- Play a key role in developing the in-store design team, supporting designers and advisors through coaching, mentoring and day-to-day leadership.
- Oversee the complete customer design journey from initial consultation through to final sign-off, delivering beautifully considered spaces.
- Designing exceptional kitchens and whole-home interior solutions
- Managing high-value and more complex customer projects
- Building long-term relationships with customers through a consultative approach
- Ensuring all projects meet technical, safety and brand standards
- Driving design pipeline performance and commercial results
- Collaborating with wider regional and central teams
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within kitchen, bathroom or interior design
- Strong customer-facing design experience
- Experience supervising, mentoring or leading a team
- Confident using CAD design software such as AutoCAD, AutoKitchen, 2020 or similar
- Excellent space planning and technical design ability
- Commercial awareness with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
