The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Content Creator to support the creation of engaging photo and video content across a portfolio of beauty and wellness brands. Working alongside Social Media Managers and the Marketing team, you’ll help bring products and campaigns to life through creative, on-trend content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. This hybrid role is ideal for someone building their content career with access to their own creative setup or suitable filming locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with filming, shooting, and editing short-form video and photography for social media.
- Create product-led and lifestyle content in line with brand guidelines.
- Deliver around 40 pieces of content per month, depending on campaigns.
- Support paid social and marketing campaigns with creative assets when required.
- Work with the marketing team to plan and schedule monthly content.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and competitor activity.
- Organise and upload final content to shared drives.
- Ensure content is delivered on time and to a high visual standard.
Skills & Experience
- Experience creating content for social media (freelance or commercial).
- Preferably, content creation experience in beauty or skincare, and strong interest in these sectors.
- Comfortable filming and editing basic photo and video content.
- Good understanding of TikTok and Instagram.
- Organised, reliable, and open to feedback.
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Tools & Setup
- Experience using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe tools.
- Experience with Google Drive, Dropbox or similar.
