The Role:
- Reporting to the store manager, you will be part of a thriving team, leading and driving sales within the suit department to achieve store targets and KPI’s.
- Advise customers in selecting the right suit based on various factors such as preferences and occasion.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge on our various suit styles and fabric types.
- Provide guidance on customisation options.
- Taking measurements and ensuring proper fit for all tailored and off-the-rack suits.
- Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong rapport with valued customers.
- Represent our brand and lead by example.
The Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in menswear premium retail is desirable.
- Minimum 1 year experience in tailoring is essential.
- Strong interest in fashion with a passion for formal wear.
- Knowledge of fabrics and tailoring details.
- Experience in made-to-measure tailoring is desirable.
- Interest in client interactions.
- Excellent communication skills.
