We are recruiting for a talented and customer-focused Kitchen Designer to join a premium homeware and interiors brand based in Winchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a strong commercial outlook who enjoys managing customer projects from concept through to completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will combine design expertise, presentation skills and project coordination to create inspiring kitchen solutions, and occasionally other interior designing, working closely with customers, colleagues and installation teams throughout the journey.
The Role
- Meet with customers in-store to understand their lifestyle, needs and vision, creating tailored design briefs.
- Produce inspiring kitchen concepts, consultations and sketches on the shop floor.
- Create professional design presentations and customer packs to brand standards using AutoKitchen and design software.
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, communication and administration are handled efficiently.
- Coordinate projects with store colleagues and installation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct site surveys where required.
- Support the wider store team with customer enquiries and showroom activity.
