We're looking for someone with a strong background in kitchen, bathroom or interiors design who loves both the creative and commercial side of the customer journey — and who naturally enjoys mentoring, coaching and bringing the best out of a team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the creative direction across two showroom locations
- Play a key role in developing the in‑store design team, supporting designers and advisors through coaching, mentoring and day‑to‑day leadership.
- Oversee the complete customer design journey — from initial consultation through to final sign‑off — delivering beautifully considered spaces.
- Designing exceptional kitchens and whole‑home interior solutions
- Managing high‑value and more complex customer projects
- Building long‑term relationships with customers through a consultative approach
- Ensuring all projects meet technical, safety and brand standards
- Driving design pipeline performance and commercial results
- Collaborating with wider regional and central teams
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within kitchen, bathroom or interior design
- Strong customer‑facing design experience
- Experience supervising, mentoring or leading a team
- Confident using CAD design software such as AutoCAD, AutoKitchen, 2020 or similar
- Excellent space planning and technical design ability
- Commercial awareness with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
