Are you an experienced Kitchen or Interior Designer ready to step into a more influential leadership role — while still staying hands‑on creatively? We're looking for someone with a strong background in kitchen, bathroom or interiors design who loves both the creative and commercial side of the customer journey — and who naturally enjoys mentoring, coaching and bringing the best out of a team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the creative direction across two showroom locations
  • Play a key role in developing the in‑store design team, supporting designers and advisors through coaching, mentoring and day‑to‑day leadership.
  • Oversee the complete customer design journey — from initial consultation through to final sign‑off — delivering beautifully considered spaces.
  • Designing exceptional kitchens and whole‑home interior solutions
  • Managing high‑value and more complex customer projects
  • Building long‑term relationships with customers through a consultative approach
  • Ensuring all projects meet technical, safety and brand standards
  • Driving design pipeline performance and commercial results
  • Collaborating with wider regional and central teams

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within kitchen, bathroom or interior design
  • Strong customer‑facing design experience
  • Experience supervising, mentoring or leading a team
  • Confident using CAD design software such as AutoCAD, AutoKitchen, 2020 or similar
  • Excellent space planning and technical design ability
  • Commercial awareness with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
