We are looking for a commercially driven, service-focused leader who can inspire a team and take full ownership of store performance. If you have a background in luxury or premium retail—especially menswear or suiting—this role offers excellent progression in a respected retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the store team to consistently deliver world-class customer service and exceed sales targets.
- Uphold and promote the brand’s reputation for quality, professionalism, and excellence in tailored menswear.
- Drive store performance through effective team management, KPIs, and a deep understanding of customer behaviour.
- Champion a client-focused approach, building long-lasting relationships and maximising repeat business.
- Ensure the store is always beautifully presented in line with the brand's visual and merchandising standards.
- Take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the in-store team.
- Manage all operational aspects of the store, including stock management, health & safety, and compliance.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion retail.
- Background in menswear, suiting, or tailoring highly advantageous.
