Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the store team to consistently deliver world-class customer service and exceed sales targets.
- Uphold and promote the brand’s reputation for quality, professionalism, and excellence in tailored menswear.
- Drive store performance through effective team management, KPIs, and a deep understanding of customer behaviour.
- Champion a client-focused approach, building long-lasting relationships and maximising repeat business.

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion retail.
