We're looking for someone who thrives on using insight to drive product strategy, optimize inventory, and maximize sales potential across channels, locations, and seasons. In this role, you won’t just be crunching numbers — you’ll be a key player in steering the business forward. From building robust OTB plans to shaping the seasonal strategy, your decisions will influence what our customers see and buy, in-store and online.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end merchandise planning process across all channels: from forecasting and trading to hindsight analysis.
- Create and manage accurate Open-to-Buy (OTB) forecasts and store-level sales budgets, using trend analysis and historical performance.
- Develop strategic seasonal option plans and work closely with buying teams to inform and align buying decisions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders — including the Brand Director and CEO — to shape and present topline seasonal strategies.
- Drive performance through stock rebalancing, reorders, and markdown strategies, helping to boost bestsellers and minimize risk.
- Deliver weekly trade reports, insightful commentary, and in-depth hindsight analysis to shape future buying and planning decisions.
- Lead sizing strategies that reflect customer demand, regional needs, and shifting trends.
- Collaborate with the Allocation team to ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in fashion merchandising or merchandise planning.
- A strategic mindset with strong analytical and Excel skills (large data sets and BI tools are second nature to you).
- A natural ability to influence and collaborate across teams — from Allocators to Executives.
- Strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of how to translate numbers into action.
- Confidence in communicating and challenging ideas in a constructive and respectful way.
- An entrepreneurial, solution-focused approach — you see opportunities where others see problems.
- You take pride in mentoring junior team members and leading by example.
- Resilient, positive, and fun — you bring energy to the team and keep things moving, even when things get tough.
Why Join Us?
You’ll have real ownership, visibility, and the chance to make your mark in a company that appreciates both analytics and innovation. If you love fashion, thrive on numbers, and want to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team — we’d love to hear from you.
