IB Murray & Son is a well-established, family-run property firm and we are currently seeking an Assistant Residential & Commercial Lettings Property Manager to join our expanding Dundee office. This is a part-time position working closely with the Senior Property Manager, supporting the day-to-day management of a varied residential and commercial property portfolio. The role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to progress to full-time as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily calls and emails, including enquiries from landlords and tenants
  • Organising and conducting property viewings and inspections
  • Preparing inventories, tenancy documentation, and leases
  • Managing tenancy applications and assisting with rent reviews
  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and renewals
  • Providing professional support to landlords and tenants

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has proven experience in property management or lettings
  • Holds a relevant lettings qualification (preferred)
  • Is well organised, proactive, and able to manage their time effectively
  • Is confident working independently and as part of a small team
  • Is committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle (mileage expenses covered)
