IB Murray & Son is a well-established, family-run property firm and we are currently seeking an Assistant Residential & Commercial Lettings Property Manager to join our expanding Dundee office. This is a part-time position working closely with the Senior Property Manager, supporting the day-to-day management of a varied residential and commercial property portfolio. The role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to progress to full-time as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling daily calls and emails, including enquiries from landlords and tenants
- Organising and conducting property viewings and inspections
- Preparing inventories, tenancy documentation, and leases
- Managing tenancy applications and assisting with rent reviews
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and renewals
- Providing professional support to landlords and tenants
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has proven experience in property management or lettings
- Holds a relevant lettings qualification (preferred)
- Is well organised, proactive, and able to manage their time effectively
- Is confident working independently and as part of a small team
- Is committed to delivering excellent customer service
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle (mileage expenses covered)
