As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle, from identifying and researching potential sales opportunities to closing deals. Identify potential business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and by leveraging various prospecting tools. • Cold Outreach: Actively generate new leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other innovative channels. • Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with prospective clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline. • Sales Pipeline Management: Keep track of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and optimal pipeline health. • Lead negotiation efforts to secure deals and successfully close sales, achieving or exceeding revenue targets. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and support during sales processes. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within software or technology sectors. Experience in PropTech is a bonus! •
