This is a unique opportunity to be an early crew member of our high growth business. As a client sales principal you will be part of a team that develops relationships and nurtures clients and buyers of second homes. Being a member of a small team, you\’ll think broadly and strategically whilst executing quickly to directly effect company results.You will be responsible for sourcing and converting inbound and outbound leadsYou will:Nurture buyers through the sales cycleManage 100\’s of leadsRun a sophisticated sales processPartner with your marketing counterpart to build brand awareness and drive leadsPrepare and provide accurate forecastsYou will have:2 years + of sales experienceExperience keeping a CRM up to dateExcellent Verbal and written comms skillsTrack record of over achieving quotaWillingness to work to a varied scheduleYou\’ll loveA fast pace work environmentA huge marketA work anywhere approach
