I
  • Oversee the day to day finance function and accounting operations.
  • Manage purchase and sales ledgers and Nominal Leger , reconciliations in Xero software.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports and credit control very essential.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure financial controls are followed.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting and cash-flow planning.
  • Oversee VAT, PAYE, Pension, and other statutory financial requirements.
  • Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks and professional advisers.
  • Support the preparation of year end accounts and ensure accounts are brought to extended trial balance.
  • Review financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Monitor expenditure, cost controls and financial processes across the business.
  • Provide financial analysis and commercial insight to the Directors.
  • Assist with financial planning and strategic decision making.
  • Manage and develop finance processes and systems as the business continues to grow.

The successful candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently while supporting the wider management team.
