Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Carry out inspection of fire dampers in accordance with current legislation and safety standards.
- Install access doors into ventilation systems to enable proper inspection and maintenance access.
- Undertake installation and repair of passive fire stopping in line with legal requirements.
- Conduct installation and repair of fire dampers, including any required ductwork modifications, in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain personal equipment and ensure stock inventories of materials are kept up to date.
- Produce and submit accurate written reports as required.
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate record-keeping of all work undertaken.
- Effective and timely delivery of all assigned tasks to a high professional standard.
- Upholding and enhancing the company’s reputation through excellent service and strong customer relationships.
- Achieving department-specific and company-wide KPIs, contributing to overall business performance.
- Responding promptly and professionally to any incidents or accidents on customer sites, ensuring swift resolution and adherence to safety protocols.

Important to note
- Regular overnight stays are a part of the role and will be fully covered, including accommodation and meals.
- Some auditing work may be conducted outside of standard working hours, including occasional night shifts.
