Job Description
Overall, Purpose of the Role
The Associate Assistant Principal for Mathematics will provide strategic leadership of Mathematics across the school, ensuring that high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement are embedded within the faculty and that numeracy and mathematical thinking are promoted across the curriculum. The post holder will contribute to the wider leadership of the school as part of the extended senior leadership team, supporting the implementation of whole-school improvement priorities, quality assurance, and staff development in line with the academy's vision and ethos.
