Part-time 20 hours per week. We currently have Part Time Packing Operative vacancies, working at a UK leading firm within their manufacturing site in Hixon, Staffordshire ST18 0PF. These are part-time roles on an ongoing basis.

  • Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:30am to 2:30pm. These vacancies carry immediate start dates.
  • You will be required to attend a meet and greet at their site so that you can see the scope of work before you commit to a start date.
  • You will need your own transport or live in Hixon (which is approx. 15-20 minute drive from Stafford or Rugeley).
  • Full training given on all jobs here, no experience is required.
  • 4 day working week. Long weekend every week!
  • Pay Rate: £12.71ph, weekly pay.

Packer's key duties include:

  • Packing lightweight product, ensuring it's ready for dispatch.
  • Movement of stock around factory.
  • Palletising goods.
  • You will also be trained on production duties and you will sometimes be required to switch to a production zone within the factory as required.
  • Working within a team to ensure packing targets are met.
  • Complying with health & safety.
