Part-time 20 hours per week. We currently have Part Time Packing Operative vacancies, working at a UK leading firm within their manufacturing site in Hixon, Staffordshire ST18 0PF. These are part-time roles on an ongoing basis.
- Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:30am to 2:30pm. These vacancies carry immediate start dates.
- You will be required to attend a meet and greet at their site so that you can see the scope of work before you commit to a start date.
- You will need your own transport or live in Hixon (which is approx. 15-20 minute drive from Stafford or Rugeley).
- Full training given on all jobs here, no experience is required.
- 4 day working week. Long weekend every week!
- Pay Rate: £12.71ph, weekly pay.
Packer's key duties include:
- Packing lightweight product, ensuring it's ready for dispatch.
- Movement of stock around factory.
- Palletising goods.
- You will also be trained on production duties and you will sometimes be required to switch to a production zone within the factory as required.
- Working within a team to ensure packing targets are met.
- Complying with health & safety.
