We are currently recruiting for a Reprographics Manager to join our client, a well-established international brand which specialises in all areas of packaging production. Through continued business development, this full-time permanent position has become available. It is located within driving distance of Burton, Derby, and Stoke on Trent.

Key job details:

  • Permanent job
  • Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week
  • Based on one-site (a live manufacturing site)
  • Competitive salary

Key responsibilities:

  • This role provides dedicated on-site technical support, enabling clear communication, quick decision-making and excellent service between the client’s teams.
  • Coordinate artwork, reprographics, proofing and flexographic plate production from brief to press-ready output.
  • Reviewing technical briefs and ensuring artwork is ready for print.
  • Providing expert advice on flexographic prepress and print feasibility.
  • Coordinating closely with Studio, Production, Client Services and Technical teams.
  • Monitoring project progress, KPIs and service levels.
  • Identifying risks early and resolving issues before they impact production.
  • Supporting print trials, press-side discussions and investigations.
  • Leading project meetings, producing clear actions and informing stakeholders.
  • Driving for continuous improvement- including workflows, reducing lead times and strengthening client relationships.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, documentation and technical compliance.

Person specification:

  • The successful candidate will be an experienced flexographic reprographics professional, able to manage a busy prepress service in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of flexographic printing, packaging artwork, reprographics and plate manufacturing.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisation, planning and workload management skills.
  • Strong commercial and customer awareness.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The confidence to work independently and make informed decisions.
