We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join our UK leading manufacturing client. This is located at their top class manufacturing facility approx. 15 minute drive from Burton town centre. This is a temp to perm role with immediate starts available.

This role will entail precise assembly of micro-components (electrical), so we are looking for someone with experience in micro‑assembly or other roles requiring careful handling of small, intricate components.

Assembly Operator key job details :

  • Monday to Friday, 08 : 00 to 16 : 30. 40hrs paid work per week.
  • £12.50-£12.98ph (DOE), weekly pay
  • Long term work offering

Assembly Operator key duties :

  • Carry out precise assembly of micro‑components, following detailed work instructions and quality standards
  • This can involve soldering, PCB assembly, and other intricate assembly methods
  • Perform repetitive, hands‑on tasks with consistent accuracy
  • Conduct quality checks at every stage to ensure reliability of parts
  • Always following health and safety guidelines

Assembly Operator person specification :

  • Previous experience in micro‑assembly, soldering, PCB assembly, or other intricate assembly work would be ideal
  • You will need to be comfortable with carrying out repetitive, detail‑focused tasks to a high standards
  • You will need a good English level (written and verbal)
  • You will need to have your own car / motorbike due to the location of the work
