As we continue to grow, we're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Office Administrator to become an important part of our Masham team. About the role: This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our business. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and suppliers, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office while delivering excellent service. Key responsibilities will include: Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries Processing invoices and administrative paperwork Supporting colleagues across various departments Maintaining accurate records and documentation Assisting with general office administration duties About You: We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in being organised, and thrives in a busy office environment. You'll ideally have: A positive, friendly, and professional manner Excellent communication and customer service skills A proactive approach to problem-solving The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently within a team Strong organisational and administrative skills Experience in office administration Knowledge of agriculture, farming, or the wider rural community would be advantageous but isn't essential.
